A special thanks to pineapple-coffee and JadeDoe for their help with gathering info about the park.
Genting SkyWorlds is a theme park in the Genting Highlands in Malaysia. Originally named 20th Century Fox World Malaysia, this theme park has rides based on many Fox properties, including a ride and gift shop for Night at the Museum. So far, this is the only place known to distribute official merchandise of this franchise, including toys, apparel, stationery, and gift shop staples like mugs and magnets.
Design was by IRMS Entertainment Design. Their site has been suspended, and their Facebook [link] hasn't been updated since 2021, so it is likely that the company went out of business.
The media studio was Prana Studios. These folks animated the interactive segments, and possibly designed the queue!
The car used is designed by ETF, and is a trackless ride. This means it uses light sensors to see where it needs to go! The car itself is the same model as used for Toy Story Mania.
Portfolio entry on Alterface, the designers of the ride.

Found by pineapple-coffee on May 30, 2023. Located 200 pages into the Genting SkyWorlds forum on themeparx.com. It shows multiple parade float ideas, including Alien, Life of Pi, and Ice Age. There was also one planned for NatM!
In the top left corner, the original logo can be seen. Due to legal issues, the park was renamed before its official opening in 2022.
The drawings of Ahkmenrah, Jedediah, and Octavius were traced over from promotional materials for Secret of the Tomb. Larry, Teddy, and Sacagawea's drawings seem to be original.
Concept art of the ride, the queue, and the surrounding area.
The blueprint for the ride.
Concept art for the gift shop before its construction. Premade assets were used, such as a promotional image of Able from Battle of the Smithsonian.

These are pictures taken inside the shop after its construction.
The entrance to the gift shop as one exits the ride. You pass by the Tablet of Ahkmenrah as you do!
A wide shot of the shop. Plushes, notebooks, shirts, and more can be seen.
A closeup of a coffee mug display, with the Tablet of Ahkmenrah visible.
A selection of t-shirts. They include Larry and the Octopus from Battle of the Smithsonian, Jedediah and Octavius, Amelia in her plane, Teddy on his horse, and two variants of a capuchin (off to the right). Barely visible next to them is a shirt with a minimalist depiction of Teddy's glasses, mustache, and hat.
A Rexy t-shirt. Note how the branding on the interior still says 20th Century Fox World!
A very wide shot of the interior. Visible are: Rexy and squirrel plushes; Thinker, Cupid, labyrinth, and official logo t-shirts; mini notebooks (spiral and perfect bound), official logo pencil pouches, Rexy mugs, various water bottles, tablet bags, and what seems to be individually wrapped pens or stamps.
A very blurry photo, but appears to show off sunglasses, Rexy model kits, and a board game of some sort. The hanging items to the right resemble Amelia's pilot cap, and may be child sized caps or even ceramic mugs. In the background, Thinker shirts and globes can be seen.
A queue and ride demonstration recorded by a park guest.
Another queue and ride demonstration, with some views of the gift shop.
Another ride demonstration, and the opening gate of the gift shop.
